Sometimes getting out of snowy Munich (IN MAY) can be inspirational. Our team went to Barcelona for Offf, and the relatively warmer climate and blue skies served as a powerful inspiration for this. We were already going to be upside down, based on the black.space concept, but what if all of this was just…floating? So, on the flight back, with Blue Bell Knoll on repeat, this was fleshed out on a sketchpad. The parametric architecture was already trending, but what if it was alive? So, Aixsponza absolutely killed this crystalline, hover Doozer road in the sky. A 50 foot wall served as the 4k canvas, AND the ceiling was about 80 feet, where an alternate film was created with a top-down view.
